Birthday Party, Doggie-Style

We're a bunch of single people and DINKs.
We have dog birthday parties.
Cause that's how we roll.

Havana, ready to get her party on.

The labs came in every color.

This is Tucker. He and Havana are an item.

Obviously.

This was Belle's first party. Actually, her first anything. She just came home yesterday. What a way to start life.

Toby, rockin' the birthday pose.

Siblings.

Valeen charmed the mob with her doggy birthday treats.

Even Belle got a puppycake.

At least we don't buy them clothes or carry them in our purses.

LOL. Hilarious! Love it! I used to have my cat in our Christmas card photos. I'd have had birthday parties if I'd thought of it. :-)

Why do people love dogs so much. I'm no different (here is a pic of mine):

Unfortunately I don't know the b-day of my "oscar" since he was a throw-a-away dog and his history is a mystery to us.

So fun, Becky! I love the last line. I'm glad you don't carry your dog in your purse also. :)

Love this post! The dog b-day party was a blast. We recognize that we need to socialize Tucker more...he's totally an introvert. But, he loves time w/ Havana...obviously. :)

These pictures are so cute that I had to share them with my daughter who is home sick from school. She loved them all but especially the one with all the dogs about to get the treat. How cute!!

Actually I do buy Charlie clothes. :) But I've never carried her in a purse. Thanks for coming to the party!

The photos aren't opening on this for some reason -- and I'm dying to see them! Any ideas why? We had a wonderful Golden Retriever that died a couple of years ago. I miss her so much; we held lots of birthday parties for her through the years!

Nate, that's seriously your dog?

I wasn't going to say anything about him looking like a demon, but then I saw your commentary.

But you rescued him. Good for you!

We do have a child and we still do the B-day party for our labs as well. I think it's great you love your dogs so much. We are animal lovers too!

We celebrate our dogs bdays too. Ruby's is in Nov. Vinnie was a year in May. I love these pics, btw!

Finally I can see your pics -- and they're wonderful! I want to take Belle home -- I miss our sweet Golden, Holly, who died a couple years ago.
